Your Plan

Fewer decisions, better revision: how a plan makes study time count

The hardest part of a study session is often the first five minutes: deciding what to do. A plan does not make you work harder. It removes the decision, and points the time at what costs you most.

Every study session starts with a choice, and left to ourselves we choose badly — not out of laziness, but because the topics we already find easy feel productive, and the ones costing us points feel uncomfortable.

Choosing what to study has a cost

Deciding what to work on takes time, and it takes willpower you could spend on the work. Over weeks, those small decisions add up — and worse, they drift. Students tend to return to topics they are already good at, because practising them feels fluent and rewarding. Fluency feels like learning; it is often just familiarity.

A plan answers the question before you ask it

Colorbook's Your Plan tab is worked out from your own papers. It ranks your topics by what they cost you, pairs each weak one with the move that fixes it, and notes the habits worth changing — rushing, or switching answers late. You open it, and the next thing to do is already there.

It changes with the calendar

A plan that says the same thing every week is not a plan. Your Plan lays the week out around your test date: topic repair while there is time, full timed papers inside the last fortnight, and the last two days deliberately light. It is built in your own time zone, so the day it starts on is your day.

It checks itself

Because the plan is recomputed from what you actually did, it notices when a topic stops costing you and moves on. That feedback is what makes the next decision better than the last.

Your Plan is free and uses no AI at all. Plus writes you a plan in words and rewrites it daily; Pro and Max add practice sets built for your weak topics and the week laid out day by day.

Is Colorbook's study plan free?
Yes. Your Plan, the week around your test date and the score projection are free and are worked out without AI.
How does the plan decide what I should study?
It ranks topics by how many points they cost you in your own papers, then lays the week out around your test date.
Does the plan change as I practise?
Yes. It is recomputed from your latest papers, so a topic that stops costing you drops down the list.

2,000+ questions, full-length adaptive mocks, and a report on how you worked. Free.
